Next, we’ll schedule an onsite meeting to walk the space together. During this visit, we’ll discuss:
• Site conditions and access
• Project scope and key design elements
• Timeline considerations and expectations
This is your chance to share your vision and ask any early questions.

Following the site visit, we’ll send your Preliminary Project Brief, which includes:
• A clearly defined Scope of Work
• Three rough budget options based on varying levels of finishes and complexity

You’ll review these options and let us know which package best aligns with your goals and investment range.

Once you’ve selected a package, we’ll send over a Preconstruction Agreement, which includes:
• A 1% deposit (up to $5,000), applied to your total project cost
• Our collaboration plan for finalizing detailed estimates
• The framework to move smoothly into the full reconstruction phase
